If I chose to pay turbo tax out of refund do you get the money first and if so does that delay the time I'm suppose to get my deposit ?

Your tax refund is not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

If you choose that route the refund goes from the IRS to the processing bank and then the balance is sent to your bank.   Processing times for both banks can take up to 5 business days each  however it normally only takes 2.
