If I amended my 2013 taxes - entering 1099-G in Total of all your payments and withholdings box do I put 2016 total or 2013? If 2013 where do I locate that?

You put the 2013 total.  Each tax year is a stand-alone, so if you're amending 2013 (you can only go back as far as 2014 in 2017) then you wouldn't enter 2016 total.

Thank you, I amended it before last year and received a 1099-G for 2013 that is what I am attempting to enter into this years 2017 online information.  I was just wondering where I might locate the 2013 payments and withholdings amount, so I can enter it?
