If i am getting a return from state, will the bank info i put into the turbo tax copy over to the state so i can get the refund?

Yes it will. When you go through the program and enter in your banking information into the federal part of the program, it will carry over to your state return. You will also have a chance to check it under the state part of the program before you e-file the returns.
