I already amended 2015 tax return with a tax attorney, all issues are resolved. Will there be problem on 2016 return if I skip amendment section in turbotax return for 2016?

As long as all issues were resolved on 2015 return, and your information is correct on the 2016 return, there should be no need to amend. Just file normally.
