If I added my documents to the place that says documents, does that mean I files still even after I put my information in and it said 0 on my tax return

Idk how to delete it and start over. Cause I have my w2 and I added it in the documents

We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?

As long as you haven't submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered, you can erase your return and start from scratch in TurboTax Online. 

1. Sign in and select a topic to continue your return. 
2. On the next screen, from the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, and then Clear & Start Over (select the menu icon in the upper-left corner if you don't see this menu). 
3. Answer Yes in the pop-up to confirm.

using the Documents folder does nothing to help prepare your tax return.

You still have to go through the same document entry steps with or without

It sounds like you sent some stuff to My Docs.  That is not the same as entering your information on your tax return.  You need to complete all the information in My Info and then go to Federal>Wages & Income to enter your W-2.   Then you go through the rest of the software screens to continue entering all of the necessary information to complete your tax return.  At the end, you will go through the FILE steps in order to e-file the return.
