Received a letter today from Oklahoma saying that to process our return copies of form(s) W2, 1099, 500A, and/or K1 are required. Are they requesting all of these or one

I would send copies of all them.

If you don't have one of the particular forms you can't send it. Send a note explaining any forms that you don't have.
