I would like to pay my taxes for 2017 and 2018. I filed for both years.

I filed my 2017 taxes with turbo taxes and now I would like to pay the amount thats due

When did you file 2017?  Did you use the online version before October?  Online is only for 2018 now.  Did the IRS send you a bill for 2017?

See the linked info below from the IRS website.  I'd recommend that you pay using "Direct Pay", but there are several options available.  Of course, your 2017 payment now be assessed late payment penalty and interest.  But if you go ahead and make the payment, you'll receive a notice from the IRS notifying you of the additional penalties and interest due.

You should go ahead and make 2018 payment ASAP, as well, to avoid the same penalties and interest.
