I would like to know why the 1040x amendment form changed days on being able to fill one out I just need to add a w-2 to my taxes that I forgot about

The form said it would be ready today and it changed to tomorrow

TT cannot release the form until the IRS approves TT's version (programming ) of it.

Amended returns take several months to process, so a few more days is not significant.

I'm not too terribly concerned with the after process I was just wanting to start filling out the form to turn it in for processing
