Once your return is accepted, the next step is for the government to approve your refund. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks for your return to go from accepted to approved.
Even though the IRS issues 9 out of 10 tax refunds within 21 days, it is possible your return may require additional review and take longer to process. Please take a look at the following to help put your mind at ease:

I will never use Turbo Tax again! I used Jackson Hewitt for over 15 years and always got my return in less than 10 business days. I finally tried Turbo Tax and I filed on Feb. 15th and still NO tax return. There were no mistakes on my documents. It is worth the fee that I get charged from JH!. No hassle and they take care of everything.
I efiled on March 17th and still haven’t received a refund check.
why.

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
