I would like to know why I haven't received my refund for my 2019 taxes done/filed by Turbo Tax?

I got a letter from IRS in Oct 2020 that I forwarded to Intuit to answer ref my address and nothing was said besides case closed.

What do you mean you forwarded a letter to TT?  TurboTax does not intercede with the IRS for you.

 

What letter?  What did it say?  What case was closed?  We have no access to your account or your tax returns here in the user forum.

No one on this forum would have any information concerning your tax refund or anything you sent to Intuit.

 

Did you select to have the TurboTax account fees paid from your Federal tax refund?  Did you select to get your tax refund on a Turbo Visa Debit Card?

What is the status of your tax return?

To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.

 

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?

You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large Orange button labeled "Transmit my returns now".

 

After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.

 

Or did you print and mail the tax return?
