Well a refund is not automatic and will take up to 10 business days so you best figure out how to solve this sooner ... and why did you enter your CC info at all if you wanted the fees withheld ? If your return is not ready to be sent yet due to missing forms (click on the REVIEW tab) then you could not have gotten the option to pay with your refund so you didn't read the screen carefully enough.

See screenshot where it says paying with the refund is not yet available ... & if you click on the blue words it tells you why ... and on the next page it says " Review the TurboTax products you used to prepare your taxes and pay with your federal refund or credit card"  then on the next page the ONLY option was to pay with your CC which you didn't find wierd. If you wanted to pay with the refund you should have backed up and read the instructions again.

Sorry if my directness is offending but just because you are angry at yourself don't shoot the messenger ...   I  just wanted you to be aware that even if TT will refund the fee (it is against the refund policy for them to do so) you will not see it instantly.

Why not?   What problem are you having?   Are you trying to e-file and is it being rejected?   Or are you having some other issue?   We cannot see your screen or your return, so please explain the problem---that is the only way we will know how to help.
