I would like to file my taxes so that I may get the first and second stimulus packages , I was in. A situation to where I could not file taxes or even file for the first stimulus package. I am a perso

Who got out of prison and kicked out to the streets . How can I recieve my first and second stimulus packages when I last worked was 2018?

Yes, you are eligible for the Recovery Rebate Credit when you file a 2020 tax return. 

 

You can file for free by starting here with TurboTax.  With zero income you may need to enter $1 in the interest section to allow the e-file.

 

TurboTax will take care of the calculations for the Recovery Rebate Credit based on your answers to the interview questions.  The amount you are eligible for is based on stimulus rounds one and two and the information you enter for your tax return.
