I worked up a tax return via turbotax on-line but after I paid the filing fees of $184 I decided not to file with turbotax anyway. I want my money back. How?

I decided to use our accountant - was trying to avoid to save money but there were some things he has to help me with instead of using turbotax. I can't get a live person to speak with at turbotax to resolve this.

If you have not yet filed your return you can cancel your order. Please follow the steps listed in What is the TurboTax phone number?

this is a joke. You then have to upgrade/pay to get a refund on the fees. And when you call the phone number you simply get the same link. I have asked my bank to reverse the charge on my card. I did not file with turbotax hence I should not pay the fees. I will fight this mostly out of principle as this is frankly, fraud.

When you call the TurboTax number don't use the keyword refund, use the keywords billing issues so you get the right person who can assist you with fees.
