TurboTax did not say "approved." TurboTax said "accepted"---which is not the same as approved.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040

I understand all of that, you're answer and links didn't answer the question of why TurboTax says one thing and the IRS website say another thing. TurboTax says its "accepted" and the IRS says they haven't received my tax forms at all.
@feab62ad371d Are you using the refund amount from line 35a of your Form 1040 when you try to use the IRS site? Do not use the amount that you see in a TurboTax summary that shows federal and state combined. if you use the wrong refund amount, the IRS site will not find your return and show you any information.
I am using the correct amount to look it up.
Are you certain that the e-file was accepted?

TurboTax says "Accepted". Yes I am sure. However, IRS says they haven't gotten the file.
