I wasn't able to e-file through Turbo tax because my AIG for 2017 wasn't accepted, can I please be refunded the money that I spent on Turbo Tax?

You can call customer service at (800) 446-8848.

However, you are unlikely to receive a refund because you can still file by mail and the fees are for the preparation. It is not typically program errors that cause rejection.

Did you try to fix the AGI?

When did you file 2017?  If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI.  And see this, https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5595742 If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.
