Has my information for tax return and the w2s i have filed and the additional info for my kids if all of that has been accepted? And i was wondering when the ETA of my tax refund might possibly be here?
@whitneyrobinson1 First, to check if your return was filed, you will need to check your e-file status. If no status is showing then the return was not completed and submitted.
If your return does show a status, then once "Accepted" within 24 hours you can start tracking your refund on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site.
The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.
Now if you claimed "Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC)" you may experience a refund hold. The IRS usually begins issuing tax refunds on returns with the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit in late February.
Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act
