You can Check your refund status here. Until the IRS starts processing your tax return there may not be a record of it or the IRS website may reflect that you have entered incorrect information. When tracking your federal refund you need to wait at least 24 hours after first transmitting your tax return. As your return moves through the system the status will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. These updates are made daily, usually overnight. Also, you will need to know the exact amount of your tax return refund, your tax return filing status, and your Social Security number when you visit the IRS website to track your refund.

I want to know if my income tax is approved not just accepted I filled it out on February 1 it is now March 13 I have not heard a single reply to any of my answers and I would like to speak to an actual person

I have the Correct amount filing status and Social Security number it is all correct but I keep getting a message saying that sorry for the delay but nothing else I want to know if I was Approved not accepted

Only the IRS can give you any information regarding your tax return after it is accepted.    What does Where's My Refund say when you check it?    You will find the most current information regarding your tax return on that page.   IRS contact information can be found here.
