If Turbotax initiates a debit from your bank account to pay your fees (because you used refund transfer and your refund was delayed or canceled by the IRS) it can take up to 2 business days to appear at your bank account, depending on their policies and procedures.

I was told by turbo tax rep that what I owe turbo will come out of my account on May 3rd? It is now May 4th and nothing has been taken out? Why?

May 3 was a Friday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
