I was suppose to get my second stimulus check direct deposited to my account and so far havent seen it.. need answers help.. bank says you might know

I am highly frustrated because i had to create a irs account just to view the transcript. Get my payment does not even show any information and keeps saying come back in 24 hours.. this isn't productive because i am a single mom and I can use that money and would like answers as to where my money went because the transcript said it went out on the 4th of this month.

Update from TurboTax 1/8/2021: We are happy to share that stimulus payments will begin to be deposited on January 8th for millions of our customers affected by the IRS error.  We expect most of these payments to be available that day, but banks could take a few business days to process. Payment will be deposited into the same bank account that customers received their 2019 tax refund.

Customers receiving a stimulus payment will receive an email from TurboTax informing them of the deposit.

We have been working tirelessly with the Treasury and IRS to get stimulus payments to our customers.  We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and we regret that an IRS error caused a delay.

I did receive an email from turbotax saying that I would receive my money in about 2 or 3 days but I should give the bank time to post it, however its been 2weeks and I am still waiting, please let me know what is the problem.
