The Advance Loan program ended on Feb 15, 2019.   Did you file before then?

Any refund advance through Turbotax can only be requested at the time you see the offer, at checkout just before you file.  I thought the program ended this year as of March 31 rather than Feb 15 as suggested by my esteemed colleague, but even if they are still offering it, if you don't ask when offered, you can't go back and get it later.
