You will not be refunded the $24.99 for the state e-file even if it is rejected and you have to mail it in. Turbotax won't tell you this though. They claim that you did e-file, and then it got rejected, so they did their part. It is misleading and they should be ashamed of themselves. This should be printed in BOLD type in the product description or on their website. I am very unhappy with Turbotax at this time, and I'm considering using another brand of tax preparation software next year.
