I see there's a mistake on one of my returns we need to fix it ASAP

If you have not filed the return, then just go back into it and correct the error. If you have already filed the return and it has been accepted then there is no way to "fix it asap" The only way to fix it is to prepare an amended return, print it out on paper and mail it to the IRS. It will take the IRS 16 weeks (4 months) or more to process it.
