I was just curious as too why my refund advance was approved 3000 last year but this year its only 750?

No one in the user forum is involved at all with the refund advance loans.   We cannot tell you why that is the amount of your loan---other than that it has to do with the amount of your refund, and whether the refund is mostly based on refundable credits.

How is my Refund Advance amount determined?

Your approved amount is based on the size of your federal refund and your tax information, along with other factors. You may not receive the maximum Refund Advance amount if one of these factors doesn’t meet the qualifying standards of the lender.

Refund Advance is available in amounts of $250, $500, $750, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000, $3,500, and $4,000.
