I was charged for turbo tax mac and want windowes version 2017. i did not d/l mac as i now use lenovo windows. either refund the charge or supply 2017 windows version.

i have used mac but switched to windows in 2016. turbotax charged for both last year. i do not want mac in 2017. please respond ASAP by providing windows 2017 to download.

Are you on the Advantage plan?

This means once the product does start to ship in November, instead of having to wait for your CD to arrive, you can download your copy right away to your computer. Just log into your TurboTax Advantage account and look for My Downloads. Just like the CD, which can be installed on supported Mac and Win operating systems, we include a download for both Mac and Win.
