You will want to make sure the primary taxpayer's information on the return matches the information in the Credit Karma account. If it does, please contact Credit Karma on their Contact Us page.
All my information is the same. I have contacted credit karma twice and they tell me to conta t TurboTax. I looked at my return and did accept the terms of the advance. I have not been declined the return, I have not received any emails saying anything. I'm just worried that my return will be affected now as this has been the worst time since I've been using TurboTax.
