I used my account to file multiple tax returns, but some reason, I can only download my previous return. Is there a way to download the other persons? I must have misplaced the "saved" version or got lost during new computer.

When you say that you used your "account", do you mean that you prepared more than one return using your Online TurboTax account? Or did you use the Desktop (CD/Download) platform?
I prepared and submitted multiple returns under the TurboTax software Windows licensed under my name.
So, for example I use my licensed TurboTax, but submitted mine, my wife, and grandparents. All separate.
If you still have your old computer, you should be able to save the files from there by using a flash drive, then transfer to your new computer. If you're referring to a prior-year's returns, you'll need to download and install the TurboTax software for that year so that the program will open the files. That is, unless you have those files as a PDF on your old computer.
Any returns you prepared using the Desktop software on your old computer should be saved on the hard drive there.
Here are instructions for transferring those tax data files to your new computer.
How do I move my tax data files to my new computer?
