I made that mistake last year. I have not filed yet, just clicked on the option for the debit card, tried to login and then was sent back to the turbotax page, but the option is missing. It's trying to make me choose between a check and direct deposit.
Is there a way to enable the option again?
You can try logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. Once you log back in, then try to change your refund method and see if you are presented with the debit card option then. If that does not resolve your issue, please respond back here and let us know.
