I want turbo tax pro to complete my taxes but think my 2018 return needs to be amended which would require 2019 to also be amended. Can the pro do all 3?

No. The Full Service experts do not amend prior years for you. They can only prepare a 2020 return.

Do I amend 2018 and 2019 before completing 2020 as an amount from that form is carried forward to 2020

i expect that I overpaid as the taxable amount was incorrect
