It does not work that way.  If you are offered the refund loan then all of your federal refund has to go on the prepaid Visa.

Thank you. I suppose I can just get a Square Card reader for 10.00 and hook it up to my bank. Then, I just run the prepaid card for its full amount which in turn is sent to my bank account as cash. I lose 2% but Im ok with it. Thanks!
