I want to modify the return I printed out as a review. How can I do that? I do not want to amend as I have not filed yet, I just want to make some changes?

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. See screenshot

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return where you can make your changes as needed.
