I want to know where my 2021 amended tax return is being sent to

If you are efiling the return it is immaterial which electronic processing center picks up the tax file for processing since it may not be the same center/office  that actually processes the return. 

If you need to mail in the return then that is based off where you live and the TT filing instruction page will give you the address you should use.

or are you asking where your 1040-X REFUND is being sent? The IRS only issues a check for this, and will mail it to your address as indicted on the 1040-X form.
