I want to fill IRS taxes for 2019, but have no income to report. Is it possible to provide direct deposit information for IRS via TurboTax? In 2018 I did not file.

Thanks for the tip, however I read somewhere that this way I will not be able to provide information about dependents ( I have two kids) so I won’t be able to receive extra 1000usd - do You know whether this is true? Alternatively, how long does the IRS hold onto direct deposit info (I have filed with IRS about 8 years ago...).
