I want to file a 1040x by adding two 1099-R, but when I hit "add another 1099-R" button, it shows an empty page. Any suggestion?

If you are using TurboTax Online, you may need to clear your cache and delete cookies and try again. Many times this will resolve the issue and allow you to add the 1099-R form.

Thanks for the response. But I use the desktop version with Turbo tax app, not a browser.  How can I fix this issue?

It is Desktop Mac version, Home and Business, to be specific. Thanks!

Actually, I tried to add a  missing1099B, once clicked add, reached a black page, can not add either. Thanks.

As a test, if I do not open my return, just choose amendment, I can add 1099R and 1099B without any issue. However, the amendment return does not even has my name. This seems a bug to me. Thanks.

Here are a few suggestions that you can try.  Since you are using a MAC, follow the steps in this link under Updating help to make sure your program is updated.

Then, follow the steps in this link for directions on amending your return.  Make sure you are signed in using the same credentials that you used to prepare your original return.
