Try the below steps for your tax file to see if this will allow you to open your return:

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

I tried opening on a different device and had no problem. Was then able to print my return
