I've filled my 2017 income taxes and a payment due for state that scheduled to be deducted out of my personal bank account 3/20/18... can i pay it now ahead of schedule?

I would not. Too much chance the state will take the scheduled payment anyway, then you would have to wait for them to figure it out and refund the double payment.

I would not. Too much chance the state will take the scheduled payment anyway, then you would have to wait for them to figure it out and refund the double payment.
