I've already received my federal refund, but I'm trying to file my OH return and it won't give me option to pay with my refund, only credit card. Help!

If you have already received your Federal refund you will not be able to pay for your state with your refund.  The reason for this is because when you chose that option the payment for your State comes out of your Federal refund not your State refund.  So in order for you to have utilized that payment method both returns have to be filed together.  I hope this helps and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
