I've already filed & paid $1000. Now with the American Rescue Plan is there anything I need to do to get things adjusted or can I even do that now that I've already paid?

We do not yet have guidance from the IRS on how this situation is going to be handled. Do not file an Amend. TurboTax is working with the IRS and a solution will be reached so that everyone who is owed back the payment made for premium tax credit will receivd the money back.

There has not been a date anounced yet on when this will be implemented.
