I usually receive instructions on mailing in my city of Detroit taxes after their completed. I did not receive any instructions this year. Do they still have to be mailed in?

City of Detroit Individual Income Tax Administration:

"...the State Treasury Department will begin to process City of Detroit Individual Income tax returns in January 2016 for the 2015 tax year. The new partnership will allow them to e-file City of Detroit returns with their State of Michigan return..."
