I used TurboTax last year but cannot access last year's filings on the website. Any ideas? Help/Support says there should be a link at the bottom. It's not there.

I have logged in but do not see the " Your tax returns & documents" section.

You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information. 

You can access your return by logging in using the same TurboTax account that you used to file your previous return. Please see How do I view, download, or print a prior-year return? for instructions. 

If you just need your AGI, you can also get it by obtaining an online tax return transcript from the IRS. Please see Can I get a copy of my tax return from the IRS? for more information.

IF you ARE logged into the same account as last year?

....The links to get the prior year documents don't exist UNTIL you go thru a number of the 2022 tax return startup Q&A. 

One person indicated they had to answer more than 12 pages of 2022 Q&A before the "Tax Home" showed up in the left-side window....and only then could they scroll down to access the prior year's stuff.
