I used the app to file my taxes as I had done in previous years. The app errored and I payed support to remove the errors. I would like a refund as this is not my error.

I paid 39.99 for support to remove app errors that had me working in three different states in 2018 . Alabama, Michigan and Wyoming. I believe I should not have paid to have this removed.
