Yes, many people find out too late that using the last pay stub does not always match the W2 received. You'll need to wait for your original return to be processed by the IRS. You'll know when either your refund has been deposited or you get a letter from the IRS letting you know the W2 information on your return doesn't match the W2 they received from your employer. In the letter the IRS will give you instructions on how to proceed.
If your refund get deposited and you know the income filed was incorrect, you will need to amend your return. The amend option should be available in TurboTax mid to late February. Right now you should go back into your return and get everything back to the original filed return. That way you will be starting from the correct situation to create the amendment.

I already went back in and put the correct information and it told me that I had two social security numbers that matched and they wanted to know if I was being scammed and they charged me like $87 that I was going to have them take out of my refund but they wouldn't let me e-file
I'm not sure how you got back into your return.
If you started a new return, it would reject because you already filed the first one that had your Social Security Number on it. The IRS will not accept a second filing with the same Social Security Number.
Your only alternative is to be patient.
If you want to make changes or add a document to a tax return that has already been submitted, you should follow these guidelines.
