I understand I need to upgrade my account to print and save my returns. Instructions on how to do so are for Mobile App users - I am on my desk top. Please advise

I signed on for basic service to file my returns, but now need to upgrade in order to save them to and print from my desktop computer.  Instructions on the screen tell me how to upgrade from a mobile app, but I am on my desktop computer.

So you have already filed?

There is no fee to print and save your current online 2018 return on your computer.   You can save the PDF file,  and if you wish, the actual *.tax2018 data file as well.   If prepared in Free Edition, it is available online for access until October 31, 2019, at which time free access expires.  But you can save a copy on your own to have continued access to it.

Or are you wanting to upgrade and pay so that your returns will be available online for an extra year?  If so, we can tell you how to upgrade to PLUS and pay 19.99.   That will also unlock access to all prior returns in the same account.

ADDENDUM:
The 2018 PDF you can download from "Your Tax Returns & Documents" should have your returns, but may not have all the worksheets in it.   We can tell you how to open your return to go to the Print Center inside your return to get larger PDFs with all the worksheets.
