I try to track my refund on the IRS site but they don’t have a match with my info. They still don’t have an update for me. Did I do something wrong?

If you don't see anything on the tracker, it's usually because you claimed either the earned income credit or the child tax credit. Those who claim one or both of those will not see any information on the tracker until around February 17th.
