If TurboTax prompted you to prepare a NH return, then you need to file it. For your printing issues, you can try the following:
Go out of your program and go back in.
Clear your cache and cookies.
Try a different Web Browser.
If you are using TurboTax Desktop make sure all updates have been run on your program. You can do this by clicking on "Online" in the black bar across the top of your TurboTax screen. And then select "Check for Updates".
If you have any additional questions or information regarding this please return to TurboTax Community and we would be glad to help.
use the website. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies on 2 different browsers (safari and chrome) and it doesn't work on either. I've never had to file a NH return before because we don't have state income taxes and aren't taxed on interest or dividends as of 1-1-25, so I don't even have anything to claim. After I put in my state, I didn't have to put in any other information.

As of December 31, 2024, if you live in New Hampshire for any part of the tax year, you must file a return if you had more than $2,400 of gross interest and/or dividend income for a single individual or $4,800 of such income for a married couple. If you did not have interest or dividends above these amounts, then you do not need to file a NH return.
If you do and you are still having trouble printing the return, try the steps below:
