I tried to download the 2021 return I just filed to save and print, but all the forms in the downloaded file are completely blank. Why?

The software seems to be different this year and did not give me the option to save or print forms directly after filing, and instead took me to a dead end page asking me to enroll in Credit Karma. When I hit the back button it took me to the Tax Home page, and I attempted to print from the "Preview or print returns" button, but when it opens the download it's just all of the blank forms with no numbers filled in. Now I have no way to save or print my return for my records! Will this download file update at some point, or is this some kind of error?

I purchased Home and Business 2021.  When I try to print I get blank pages.  When I save to PDF and try to open the PDF I receive a message, file is not available.  I cannot find a solution.

Do you need to update your Adobe reader program?
