I tried to amend my taxes and it says this Tax Year 2024 transmissions are not available.

Same. I was on the phone with customer support for about an hour and they told me, I would have to file by mail. Which is something I don't want to do. I'm hoping that the problem fixes it self. I'm going to continuing trying to file electronically for about a week and if it doesn't clear up, i will have to bite the bullet and do it by mail.

The IRS did not begin accepting tax year 2024 amended returns until the end of February. Please try submitting your amended return if you have not already sent it for processing. There are some instances when an amended return must be printed and mailed rather than efiled. 

Can I efile my amended return?
