I transmitted my FEDERAL and OHIO returns 2/11/2018. It still says pending for both. Is there a problem?

No, there is no problem. It will show that way until the IRS/state either accepts or rejects your return. It can take up to 72 hours or more for them to accept or reject, it just depends on how large of a backlog they are working on with other returns. Patience is virtue. You should get an email once they are accepted or reject. 

The state return will also show pending until IRS has accepted your federal return. State cannot go unless federal is accepted. Please see here for details Why is my state e-file still pending?
