I track my refund with the IRS and my refund was supposed to be in my bank account on the 26th and today is the 28th and I haven't receive it.

If you elected to have your fees deducted from your refund, the IRS will send your return to Santa Barbara Bank, where they will deduct the fees and then deposit any remaining refund into your account.
