I followed the instructions in the answer to my question but I am not able to find the form 8962 in my return forms. I am using the installed version of Turbo Tax Deluxe (using a disc).

I too had to fill out this form Ive never had to do that in the past. It has always been asked on TurboTax and then figured out accordingly. This has created a delayed refund. Why did TurboTax drop the ball on this if so many people are getting these letters?

i filled out the form by myself. But ive always had turbtax do this. So i was shocked that my refund was delayed because of an error they made.

I agree, what is turbo tax doing with the money they get fro us if we are doing all the work?

I have to fill out this form too! I can't even find the form.  I don't want to pay for Turbo Tax to show it to me.

Blertmore the IRS has the forms with instructions

Now instead of taking the TT fee from my income tax return TT will take it from my account in 2 weeks.
