I think my state tax is wrong I usually get money back from the state

Best thing to do is to print out and look over your return for any errors. Then compare your 2015 return to your 2016 return to see if there are any differences, what they are, how much of a difference. This might help you notice an error. If you notice an error you can file an amended return to correct the issues.
